CC helped me make my first homemade raspberry tart. We haven't tasted it yet, so cross your fingers! But it was fun to make -- and looks quite pretty (right), in my humble opinion.The recipe is courtesy of Laura Calder, whose show "French Food at Home" is on the Cooking Channel.
