Catching Up with 'Sesame Street's' Newest Addition

Yes, I had the chance to meet Ismael Cruz Cordova -- aka, new Latino character Armando on Sesame Street -- while I was in Miami at the PBS Annual Meeting.

He's originally from Puerto Rico and is quite charming -- he even writes poetry. That's something he said helped him feel as if he had a voice.

I met up with him and Rosita and asked them what it was like on Sesame Street and what their favorite word was in Spanish -- a language I wish I could speak!
