Booking Story Time at LACMA

Doesn't Baby Will look like he's doing "The Magnum" here at LACMA's story time?
The kiddos and I spent part of Labor Day enjoying story time at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

It was adorable. In fact, sometimes I forget just how kid-friendly LACMA can be.

We met up with friends and listened as a museum rep read little ones three different kids' books, including a childhood fave of mine, Tiki Tiki Tembo. (I LOVED this book as a kid, so it was an awesome surprise that my own kids got to hear it, too.)

LACMA offers story time every Monday and Friday at 2 p.m. Bonus: It's free, no reservations required.

So book it on over -- and squeeze in some free painting time while you're at it!

This has been on my list of things to do! I definitely need to pay the LACMA a visit with Maisie. It's been far too long and I'm sure she'd enjoy it as much as your cuties ;o).
